Oliver Brun and Christian Ress, the founder of the Veritable Groupe are above all else passionate wine entrepreneurs.

The two friends both grew up in families that have produced and marketed wines successfully for generations: VDP.Weingut Balthasar Ress in Rheingau and the Château Brun in Bordeaux. Passion for extraordinary wines was essentially instilled in them from birth, an intrinsic passion that distinguishes both their enterprises and is now also found under their brand “Veritable”. Veritable is on the one side, a successful agent for international wineries on the German and Swiss markets and on the other side, distributes German wines internationally. The newest pillar of the group is Veritable Negociant. For the first time in the enterprise’s history, Oliver Brun and Christian Ress now have a central storage facility in Germany and supply trade partners and restaurants with wine and Champagne.
